Sleeping up to four guests, this 300-year-old quaint cottage features a beautiful living room, kitchen and dining area, a secure external patio area featuring outdoor seating and a modern bathroom. Furnished with high spec fixtures and fittings throughout, The Braes is perfect for couples, families, small groups of friends and dog friendly breaks on the North Yorkshire coast.

Nestled in the heart of Marske-by-the-Sea, this stunning two-bedroom property offers the perfect combination of modern comfort and seaside charm.
Step into the tranquil living room area where contemporary design meets comfort. Amenities include a two-seater sofa bed which can be made up upon request to increase the occupancy to six, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a coffee table.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek appliances and ample counter space, making it a pleasure to prepare meals. The dining areas include a breakfast bar in the kitchen as well as a dining table in the conservatory next-door inviting guests to gather for memorable meals.
Venture outside to the private rear patio, a peaceful space ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink under the stars.
Accommodating up to four guests, this elegant home features a spacious king bedroom and a cosy room with a small double bed, each designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The king bed can be split into two singles upon request, making The Braes ideal for family holidays.
The stylish bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower, a WC and a basin.

A charming cottage in a beautiful location.We just stayed for a few nights, but there was so much more to see and do in this picturesque location. A few minutes walk from the beach and doggie paradise!The cottage was comfortable and quiet.
