Experience a vacation full of comfort and relaxation in our modern Villa Seekirchen in the countryside! Here you will find the perfect retreat for up to 20 people. What sets us apart? Our house impresses with excellent amenities and comfortable furnishings that leave no wishes unfulfilled. Every detail has been carefully selected to make your stay unforgettable. Our house provides the ideal base for active vacationers and those seeking relaxation.

The Accommodation
Right in front of the house, there are reserved parking spaces for your vehicles. A minibus can also be parked in our parking area. Our Villa Seekirchen offers approximately 600 m² of living space for up to 20 people. Across 3 floors, you'll find all the rooms and amenities you need for a cozy stay. Here’s a brief overview of the rooms by floor:
Ground Floor:
- 2 entrance doors
- Entrance areas with wardrobes
- 2 open-plan living spaces with fully equipped kitchens and dining areas (8 persons and 4 persons), as well as a sofa bed in the smaller living room
- Access to the terrace and garden, as well as the large pool area
- 2 bedrooms
- 3 guest toilets
- 2 bathrooms
First Floor:
- 6 bedrooms
- 1 balcony
- 3 bathrooms
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with open dining area (12 persons), access to the terrace
Second Floor:
- 1 beautiful bedroom with table football, workspace, and 1 bathroom
- 1 living area with TV as well as 2 styling areas
Our communal pool area features a solar-heated pool (10x5 m) with seating and sun loungers for a relaxing time in the sun. The pool is open from May until the end of August (daily from 8 AM to 8 PM), depending on the weather and outside temperature. The pool area is accessible to all guests in our house, which contains 3 bookable accommodations, and is shared.
In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for your daily requirements. You only need to bring your personal items, cosmetics, and groceries. Of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Since our accommodation is located in a recreational area, we kindly ask you to refrain from parties, events, and loud behavior in and around the accommodation, and to respect the quiet hours. Maintaining an appropriate volume contributes to a harmonious coexistence.

Additional Important Notes
Our laundry facilities are available to you upon request. If you would like to use them, we will gladly reserve a 4-hour laundry slot for you and provide detergent as well as a drying rack. A fee of 20 EUR is charged for the use of the facilities for 4 hours.

A flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged for reserving a travel baby cot and a high chair, including bedding, prior to your arrival. Please contact us in advance.

The E-charging station at the parking lot is available to you upon request. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt-hour for charging your car.

Great place outside Salzburg. A combination of 3 apartments units that function as a great house with shared space but also privacy. Peaceful countryside setting with beautiful views of the mountains 15 minutes from city center and the airport. Hosts were super responsive and made the experience easy. We had an extended family and everyone had a great time.
