Very clean. Kitchen was kitted out with all new white goods. Comfortable living room, nice oak furniture. Bedrooms all had new bedding - bed in double room was very comfortable. A few teething problems re heating and WiFi and staff were quick to respond and this was sorted quickly and they stated they would provide some written instructions in the future for the heating. Located in a quiet area and location was perfect for me walking distance to visit family.
Smallest bathroom I have ever been in. You have to step into bath to use shower and there is no shower curtain, therefore floor gets extremely wet!!! There were bedside lamps in all the bedrooms but none of them had bulbs. Two bedrooms had curtains that were short of window sill by 8-10”. There were no complimentary soap/bathroom toiletries. Likewise there was not a complimentary starter pack i.e, teabags, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, etc., which most properties provide for quests.
