The apartment is in a cozy location. There's a supermarket nearby and restaurants within walking distance. It was easy to find the building, and only one bus is necessary to reach the center of Paris where all the touristy stuff is located. The kitchen was easy to use and had all the equipment needed to enjoy a meal in the apartment, except for the corkscrew. It's a great apartment for four people (two couples).
No big issues. The apartment is a little smaller and on the ground floor, but certainly not a deal breaker. The place to deposit trash is a little hidden, but isn't too far.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec les enfants. L’appartement est clair, propre et très confortable, le quartier est animé mais pas bruyant. Il y a tout le confort près de l’appart - un supermarché, une boulangerie, une pizzeria, à côté du métro il y a un petit parc sympa avec la zone pour les enfants. On a fait du jogging dans le bois de Boulogne qui est à deux pas et on a fait une grande promenade à pied vers la Tour Eiffel, c’était formidable.
Tout était bien, peut-être faudrait-il ajouter quelques ustensiles de plus à la cuisine pour préparer le repas, pour le meilleur confort (spatules, louche etc)

部屋が清潔で広かった。入り口入ってすぐの部屋だったので、重い荷物を持って階段を上がらずに済んで良かった。キッチン、洗濯機が有り便利だった。質問にはすぐに回答が有り、安心出来た。
シャワーの温度調節と水圧の調節にコツがいった。
洗濯機の使い方にはじめ迷った。

Tiene una ubicación buena, con servicios de toda clase cerca.
El apartamento está mono, pero justo para una familia de cuatro adultos.
El baño es muy justo para cuatro adultos, sin ningún colgador para las toallas y pocos detalles mas.
Falta un aire acondicionado, hace mucho calor.
Detalles de cocina muy justo, no tiene ni un abridor para una botella de vino, no funcionaba la cafetera y lo dije el mismo día de la llegada y no hicieron nada.
La mesa de comedor muy buena, pero estaba utilizada para los aparatos de la televisión, nada práctico.
El dormitorio no tenia enchufes a los dos lados de la cama.
