- This home is in a remote location. Service is very limited in the area, but it's back to normal once you're at the property.
- The home has direct access to the Pedernales River. There are 100 stairs that provide guest access to the river.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
Parking Details:
- Space for 2–3 cars in the gravel driveway, plus one additional spot on the cobblestone drive near the front door.
- Electric vehicle 220V outlet available for charging near the limestone entry.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
