The first guest room also features a king-size bed, as well as a comfy reading nook, and a private bath with walk in tile shower. A second guest room features two queen beds and a private bath with a tub and shower combination. The kitchen is well appointed, with everything you need if you are in the mood to cook, featuring black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, adjustable lighting and fashionable black stoneware tableware. The unit includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Fireplaces are not for guest use.- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity.
