Surrounded by Travertine Tile and numerous pool loungers, Shipwatch features two swimming pools including a special kids pool. A kids’ playground is yet another special feature of Shipwatch!415 B Shipwatch sets the standard for beach vacation comfort and fun! The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all-new cookware. Every room is beautifully decorated. Heavy curtains are featured in each bedroom so that the sun will not interfere with a late morning if the sea is not calling you as the sun rises. The view of the Atlantic is simply breathtaking from the master bedroom.With a 'convenient to everything' geography and a four-season climate, Wild Dunes is not just an ideal location for a family beach week but it's also perfect for almost any type of getaway, from a golf outing to a girls-only weekend. The pools are open year round but are not heated.- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Fireplaces are not for guest use.- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.*Parking Details:*- There are 2 parking spaces available.
