Inside you'll find a living area bathed in sunlight courtesy of the victorian windows that offer incredible views coupled with modern, tasteful furnishings that makes entertaining an absolute pleasure. The many balconies present guests the opportunity to find their own peaceful space, while the breakfast bar in the kitchen allows for the whole gang to witness the culinary delicacies being prepared in the state of the art kitchen.Enjoy the primary bedroom on the second floor with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, or a second master on the first floor also with a king bed and ensuite. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
