Bonne situation géographique par rapport à nos attentes, spacieux, bien chauffé , correctement équipé au niveau électro ménager, jardin potentiellement agréable mais dont nous n’avons pas bien pu profiter car les conditions météo n’étaient pas favorables.
Cuisine vétuste; qualité du couchage canapé médiocre, évacuation douche problématique, cage d’escalier très vétuste, manque d’éclairage d’ambiance dans la pièce de vie. Isolation sonore très insuffisante.
