Allgemein eine geräumige schöne Wohnung. Die Dusche war super. Großzügige Küche und heller Wohn-/Essbereich Bis auf Mängel im Bad, war die Wohnung sauber.
Die dreckige Toilette,welche wir erst einmal komplett putzen mussten. Der Mülleimer im Bad war voll mit Müll. Der Boden im Bad war voller Haaren. Dies war uns sehr unangenehm . Die Waschbecken sehen zwar gut aus, sind aber etwas unpraktisch. Die Rollläden wurden wohl wieder ausgebaut. Da die Wohnung aber im Erdgeschoss ist, sollten Rolläden zur Sicherheit vorhanden sein.

Lage, Größe und Ausstattung sind sehr gut.
Leider war es stellenweise nicht sauber, so dass wir nach der Ankunft erstmal kehren mussten.

Moderne Wohnung mit Charme.
Manche Dinge könnten mal wieder repariert werden. Wasser im Waschbecken läuft nicht ab, Wasserhähne spritzen in alle Richtungen, Vorhangstangen sind halb aus der Wand gerissen, kaputtes Weinglas stand noch im Regal.
