Located in one of the busiest areas in Shanghai, close to most attractions and right across the street from a large shopping mall so it’s very convenient!
Bathrooms and kitchen could use a bit more thorough cleaning, but nothing we found unacceptable.

A large apartment with plenty of space and good amenities. It is designed for 4 adults and 2 children. The location was perfect. Nice concierge, Elevator accessible with card only.
Location: Right next to a metro station, across from a mall where you can eat and do some shopping at 7Eleven.
Communication with the landlords went smoothly via WeChat.
Tip: There is a really good cocktail bar on the ground floor.
The kitchen was somewhat sparsely equipped. It wouldn't be enough for six people. We only ever made breakfast in the apartment and ate lunch and dinner out. That's also common in Shanghai. You can eat well and cheaply everywhere.
The cleanliness wasn't perfect in the corners and behind the sinks. If you face a dust allergy, it could be a problem.
All in all, however, it wasn't a problem for us.
