That we called the number given as a contact for help and were abruptly told we had no booking in our name and to read the instructions sent. As this was a last minute booking they had been sent as we travelled. It turned out once we had driven off and found a local cafe to sit and read one of the multiple texts we had been bombarded with that we had literally been parked across the road form the correct property and if we had just been given the door number we could have checked in at the time.
