Modern Comfort Spot Apartments

Very nice apartment! The beds and shower are great. Communication with the owner is very smooth and friendly.

The parking around the place is a bit chaotic, but there are underground spots available, though the garage box is quite a tight fit. Furthermore no complaints!

The apartment itself was lovely. Newly renovated and beautifully furnished and decorated. The apartment is fully fitted with everything you need. Extra towels, pillows, coffee, tea, and literally all the essentials, including cotton pads and earbuds in the bathroom. There is an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and kettle. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen have all the necessities you require. The apartment even has a washing machine and drying rack which can be very handy if you staying a few nights.

The building is just old and parking can be tricky, even though a parking in the underground parking garage is provided, sometimes other tenants don’t respect the parking rules.

Cosy apartment, the pictures are absolutely accurate. Easy communication with the owner. Possibility to park in indoor parking, although the parking spot was narrow, it was possible to park easily indoor which is quite convenient as it is paid on the streets. Lidl and Aldi in walking distance.

The apartment is on the first floor and the stairs are spiral and narrow, although there is an elevator but it is slow.
