Decentrato a 30 min a piedi dal centro , comunque comodo con servizi nel vicinato e possibilità di parcheggio gratuito
Non dispone di ascensore -3 piano ( non dichiarato ) , purtroppo risiede nel condominio un vicino al piano inferiore alquanto sgradevole , ci ha lasciato uno scritto intimidatorio relativo al rumore percepito...la sua televisione però ..è come averla in camera..

Clean, spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated flat, free parking along the canal, supermarket in less than 10 minutes walk, about 12 minutes walk to famous church San Zeno Maggiore with restaurants and a nice vegan café, la magnolia, nearby, 25 min walk to the old town, bus stop nearby, bus easy to use e. g. with the app TicketBusVerona, very friendly host who gave us helpful tipps for nice places in town and at Lago di Garda
All fine really. For us the beds were a bit hard, but that is a personal preference and no criticism. We would always chose this appartment when coming back to Verona
