Fantastic property ideally located and so peaceful. Perfect place for a short stay, but not sure the kitchen facilities would suit someone looking to do more cooking for themselves.

Neighbours cctv camera appeared to point directly into the living room and we ended up keep one set of curtains drawn. Some of the kitchen and bathroom equipment was a bit limited and tired and would benefit from a freshen up.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The studio is perfectly located - just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, yet in a quiet neighborhood. It’s incredibly cozy, spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need. In fact, it’s so well set up that you could easily stay longer, even for remote work. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, which makes daily life very convenient. A big plus is the secure parking close by, where - thanks to the host’s kindness - you can keep your car free of charge. And speaking of the host - Graziano is truly exceptional. It’s rare to meet someone so kind, responsive, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay perfect. Thank you, Graziano, we wish you all the best and hope to see you again! We’ll definitely be back, especially since Piacenza itself is such a fantastic city: compact, charming, full of great attractions, and amazing places to eat - all without the crowds of tourists.
