Апартамента е чист и има необходимите удобства за комфортен престой. Локацията е много добра- на 10 мин. пеша от центъра и на 15 мин. от парк Романеску. Има безплатен паркинг.
Домакинът е много любезен и отзивчив. Комуникацията с него беше бърза и лесна.
Благодарим за комплимента към нас - бутилка пенливо вино, бира, безалкохолни напитки, кафе и ядки.
Няма асансьор, а апартамента е на последен 5-ти етаж. Топлата вода в банята не беше достатъчно топла, даже на моменти се губи.

Clean and cozy, with everything you need. Great location, close to parks, supermarkets and the city centre - which is convenient if you are visiting the Christmas market. Parking outside is free. The apartment is spacious and we comfortably fit a group of 5 adults. The hosts are welcoming and answer quickly any questions you have.
There is scaffolding and building materials scattered around the building currently. But this is described in the listing so we were expecting it. There was no noise or construction during our stay.

We were staying for 2 nights, on the 30th and the 31st of December. We wanted to see the Christmas city and it was incredible.
Very nice apartment, with all needed equipment. Near the Christmas bazar, just 15 minutes walk. Large rooms, clean, comfortable. The owner is very nice and was answering immediately to all our questions.
We had a welcome even, a bottle of champagne and chocolates.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor in an old residence building and we couldn't sleep the second night.
Yes, it was the New years Eve, but still. The people on the third flour were shouting all night long, were moving furniture's and we had the feeling that they are in our room.
So, we had to leave it early in the morning and go back home.
I would recommend that Florin, the owner, writes down that the apartment is in such building and that he cannot be responsible about the neighbours behaviour. Because unfortunately in our Balkan region we do not have rules and everyone can make everything. And no one could stop it. Mentality.
