The room was quite big. The bathroom was very good as well. There was a mini fridge inside the room. Also the room was clean. The check in guy was waiting for us at the door. Communication with the owner was good as well. It has a Metro station 100m away although we didn't use it.
The bathroom had a LED light that couldn't be turn off. The bed was hard. Outside the flat was smelling really bad when you were opening the windows. Also, super super noisy. And probably when you read the following you'll think "WTF?" but it actually bothers you a lot and it's that fact that the door didn't have doorknob, so closing it was challenging at least. Also, the "breakfast" included is just a ticket for 3€ in the bar downstairs. So probably not worth the extra money you pay while booking. Also the walls were paper thin. I could hear the other guests

La posizione è molto strategica, vicino al lungomare, ai servizi e alla metro. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare in un cortile vicino, da pagare a parte ad un prezzo convenzionato. Buonissima la colazione disponibile in una caffetteria vicina: le ragazze sono gentilissime ed è tutto delizioso. Il gestore Daniele è molto disponibile ed accogliente, ci è stato molto d'aiuto in tutto, grazie ancora.

The property was clean.
I didn’t realise the “kitchen” was non existent, with a fridge and microwave, no sink, no plates, no cutlery,
So basically couldn’t use the microwave, paper cups for a cup of tea and 2 glasses when it accommodates 4 adults. Very disappointing.
