A very pleasant girl was there to meet us at the property and was very helpful but why they r trying charge a £25 non refundable deposit or £150 or £250 holding deposit seems like a bit of a scam. They should advertise this on booking.com not once I’ve paid for the apartment.

The apartment was clean and a good size, the location was very central. The staff were responsive and helpful via the messaging service on booking.com before we arrived. They also left us a welcome bottle of wine which was very kind.
It was extremely noisy where the apartment was based, we were out celebrating for two nights so for us it was fine, but it is something to be aware of if you are looking to actually get some sleep!
There is also no baggage storage at all, which is certainly inconvenient.
The booking process was a faff in comparison to other very straightforward bookings on booking.com. Everyone staying had to provide photo ID, we had to sign a waiver, then also pay a £150 (refundable) damage deposit upfront. I wouldn't choose to stay here again unfortunately.
