"Sommard n°9" is an 88m² apartment for 9 people located on the ground floor of a chalet. This well-equipped apartment, situated at the foot of the ski slopes, will provide you with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. A bonus: a wellness area with a sauna and infinity spa for the chalet. Apartment location: - 600 m from the center of Chinaillon Le Grand-Bornand Village - 50 m from the downhill ski slopes - 270 m from the free shuttle stop - 6 km from the bus station. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in a private outdoor lot. Cleaning is either done by the tenant or can be booked. Bed linen is provided. Towels are not provided. Check-in from 4:00 PM - Check-out before 10:00 AM. You will be contacted by the local agency regarding payment of the mandatory tourist tax and booking the cleaning service*. *To be booked 7 days before your arrival and subject to availability. Kitchen: kitchenette, 1 window or French doors. Kitchen equipment: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, fondue set, raclette grill, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Living room: sofa(s). Sleeping alcove: sleeping alcove separated from the living room by a curtain, 2 bunk beds. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, north-facing, mountain view, 1 window or French doors. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, north-facing, 1 window or French doors, mountain view, en-suite bathroom/shower room. Bedroom 3: 1 single bed, 1 double bed, southeast-facing, mountain view. Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with 1 bathtub, 1 bathroom with 1 shower, minimum 1 shower. 1 bathtub, 1 separate toilet, 1 toilet in the bathroom. Location: Le Chinaillon. Options: Towel pack available for reservation at €9.
