The large garden of 1800 m² provides plenty of space for outdoor activities. There is also a 36 m² beach pavilion with large windows, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The pavilion is located right on the water's edge and is perfect for cozy summer evenings.

The nearby marina and harbor are ideal destinations for evening strolls, where you can experience the summer life and music at the local cafés and restaurants.
