Wow, it was great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, included free drinks at the coffee bar, as well as free snacks! Our 2.5 year old loved the lobby area with all the games and activities, and the room was very comfortable. If we need a room downtown again, we'll definitely be coming back here, and will most likely look up the chain in other cities if they have them!

This was the cutest hotel, with lots of games in the lobby, very clean great customer service. I can’t say enough about how much we loved her stay there.
