Welcome to our 5bed/2.5 bath 2400sqft 2 story beach home on a huge 1 acre lot with ocean views and big front and back decks for sunbathing, dining out or yoga. Enjoy the luxurious amenities in this spacious two-story home: brand-new furniture and TVs, game room, state-of-the-art kitchen, and expansive backyard with a fire-pit and enclosed fence for your dogs to run free. Conveniently located minutes from the beaches, the famous Skunk Train, Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, restaurants, Noyo Harbor, and more. Have fun with the entire family and friends at Casa Serenity Ocean.
Note: No Beach Access from the property. All the stunning beaches are 5-15 min drive. We are situated right across the street from the bluff with ocean views and you can hear the waves all day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
Due to local laws, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
We do have cameras on the external of the property to monitor the number of guests as well as for security.

Great family (with a baby) and pet friendly place to stay! We had an amazing time and the comfort of the place made it that much more special. We especially loved having all of us able to sit at the 10 person table to have family meals together!! Would definitely stay again.

A nice cozy home to spend with family. They had games n the garage for the kids. A big yard for the dog and a great fire pit to spend the end of the day.

We have been vacationing in Fort Bragg for years and this was our first VRBO experience. The house is beautiful and we loved listening to the ocean while sleeping. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the flexibility of individual room heaters. The owner was responsive and friendly and we enjoyed our stay!

We come up annually to escape tge heat of the valley! Having stayed in many area rentals, this place did not disappoint! Easy access to our favorites like public beach access, botanical gardens and the ever-delicious nearby bakery were just a stones throw. Happy family, happy pups!
