Location was great for me as it was located 2min walking from the conference center where I had business. Moreover, reaching the location from the train station was easy as it's located max 10min walking from the appartment.
Since it's in the middle of the city center it was easy to reach places for coffee and food or even hot chocolate as there is a chocolaterie less than 50m distance.
Check-in was easy as I retrieved the keys myself with a code, however, please note that I had to write a message both on Booking and over whatsapp in the morning of arrival to get the instructions. Would be great if these instructions would be provided 24hr in advance to not stress.
The bed had all the lining, towels were provided and even when highlighting that a hairdrier was not available, it was provided in a matter of a few hours free of cost, as it should be.
Otherwise, all great. I stayed in appartment labeled W26

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt, netter Balkon mit Blick auf den Gallus Platz.
Leider keine Klimaanlage, Lüftung im Bad ging nicht. Schlafsofa sehr hart. Zudem wäre es wünschenswert wenn eine bessere Beschreibung bzgl TV, WLAN vorhanden wäre.

Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen und sehr zentralen Klosterviertel. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hbf entfernt. Sehr gut funktionierende Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin (über Nachrichten per booking.com).
Die Wohnung war zwar recht chic mit noch neu aussehenden Möbeln bestückt, auf den zweiten Blick war der Zustand der Wohnung jedoch nicht besonders gut. Ebenso hätte sie sauberer sein können. Ein paar Informationen zur Wohnung (wie z.B. wie funktioniert der Fernseher, wie muss die Whg. nach Abreise hinterlassen werden, wohin mit dem Müll/dem Schlüssel nach Abreise, usw.) wären sehr hilfreich gewesen. Das Schlafsofa war sehr hart.
