Location perfect for visiting nearby relatives and public transport links and exploring the River Wandle trails.
Appartment was very quiet. The sofa bed for our extra person was very good.
Local shop three minute walk away.
There were no bedside tables or lamps in either bedroom which was awkward. There was no little bin in the bathroom for tissues, wipes etc- had to carry them into the kitchen. The dining table was awkwardly placed and some of the dining chairs looked a bit rickety.

Good contact with the owner, easy check in, well equipped apartament. Basic stuff in the kitchen, some toilettries in the bathroom, working heating.
Window in the bathroom was broken and we couldn't close it. The owner was informed but didn't fix it during our stay. It was -2 outside and we had to increase heating. Very far to central London and limited choice of transport. The whole apartament in need of refurbishment, especially bathroom very mouldy.

Even better than expected. Safe and quiet environment, clean and warm inside. No noise at all during the night. Gas central heating works fine. Real home feeling for a family for a short stay.
Definitely recommended!
Its a bit far away from the classic London city centre.
But TFL is amazing, easy to get to any point of interest.
Stairway got 2 entrances, both with keybox. Make sure you know which one contains your keys... :)
