The apartment is in a high-rise building at the end of a new development. From the balconies, there is a sea view. In the area, there is a cafe, restaurant, bakery, and shop, as well as a swimming pier and a small playground for children, and, of course, the promenade. Near the bus stop that goes to the center.
The apartment is new and comfortably furnished, and it has everything you need. The owner is very nice and available on the phone if needed.
The keys are in a safe in the underground garage. We didn't know which entrance was the closest, so we did some searching. Locking the door is a bit tricky, but maybe that's the normal system used here. There is little storage space in the apartment as the apartment is normally used by the owner, hence his stuff is in the wardrobe. And one of the bedrooms was missing a blind for the window, so a lot of light came in at night.

Indelukket "beton" lejlighed med dårligt fungerende glasdøre/vinduer til udluftning.
Manglende persienner/gardiner på tre glasdøre er virkelig dårligt i 30 graders varme
Lejligheden er omgivet af kontorer i flere plan, lige overfor er et firma som fra et stort mødelokale glor direkte ned på lejlighedens bedste terrasse og opholdsum.
Det såkaldte "sea view" er kun tilstede som et havkik når man bøjer sig ud over altanens afskærmning og ser til siden langs bygningens mur..
