The location is good for shopping and the beach. Parking isn't too far away but somehow we were charged more than we should have been (not the property's fault). Very convenient if you arrive by train. There are a number of bars around the area for coffee in the mornings although we were surprised they charge more than we pay in Rome (where we live). The room was clean with ample towels and storage space.

Perhaps because we are older, we REALLY don't like the use of a chatbot to deal with everything. It is so impersonal and left us feeling vulnerable if we ever had an emergency or needed something in the off hours. They don't even tell you upfront that it's not a real person. There is a desk in the common area that makes it seem as if there is "staff" but that appears to be just for show. The only humans we saw were the cleaning people in the morning. Another big issue for us was all the motion sensors. The lights in the entry turn on automatically as soon as you take your legs off the bed and when you need to get up in the middle of the night, it wakes up your partner instantly! The bathroom fan is also on a motion sensor and turns on no matter what which is also very disturbing to others in the room. They really need to rethink that! While I was grateful to have a bathtub (a very nice one at that), it is so off-putting to have it in the middle of the suite. Also the shower! Never in my life have I seen that and it's just plain weird. You have to close all the curtains in order to use either one of them, which makes the room pitch dark because they are blackout curtains! If you're going to have blackout curtains, at least have some opaque sheers so people can still have a bit of light when they're not sleeping. I used the bathtub but couldn't even read a book because it was so dark after closing the curtains. The lighting is pretty abysmal so we couldn't see much once it became nighttime. The only lamps are next to the bed. The one in the dressing area has space for 3 lightbulbs but they only put in one! A very, very dim one which made the lamp absolutely useless. There are no outlets near the bed (or anywhere we could find) to plug in computers, etc. In 2026, people have computers, phones etc. that require USB/USB-C.

Vaste appartement: confortable, très lumineux et très bien placé, à quelques minutes de la gare et de la mer. Le balcon est très agréable; on y voit la mer. La cuisine est bien agencée. Il y a tout à proximité : restaurants, supermarché à gauche en sortant de la résidence, boulangeries, café etc. Le top! Helena était réactive et très flexible. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages avec quelques heures d’avance; merci à son collègue. Nous avons bien apprécié . Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
