Hi I like your hotel and facilities but if you provide a Reception there would be great day and night because when someone comes from overseas then its really hard to get the keys and codes because most of the people does not have keep the internet
if you provide washroom inside the room would be great option

Upgraded to the larger apartment which wasn't much more expensive which gave us more room for 3 and our own bathroom. The apartment was clean and great value for money. Central to gaslamp and all it has to offer.
The payment app that they insist you use to pay for the apartment is only geared up for people living in the US. Being from the UK, I couldn't input a UK billing address post code so my payment wouldn't go through. The staff on the app didn't seem to know any work around for this, all they said was "do you not have a US card you can use?". Plus would allow bank transfer or cash payment. Genuinely thought I was going to have to cancel the booking whilst stood outside the hotel. I ended up finding a work around on the internet to pay but far from ideal after a 5 hour drive. Gets noisy on the weekends but if you want to be in the centre of it all this is always going to happen, plus they do provide earplugs.

Si vulvo a llegar por que el lugar es:
1) Espacioso y con 2 cuartos comodos por lo que mi familia pudo convivir comodamente
2) Esta limpio y cuidado
3) Tienes un super Seven muy cerca y lo hace muy comodo.
4) El control de acceso al departamento es seguro y automatizado
No se lo recomiendo a familias con niños pequeños o adultos mayores por:
1) Tienes que subir unas escaleras y con maletas y niños se complica
2) El lugar no tiene estacionamiento por lo que si no tienes suerte tienes que caminar con las maletas y el lugar en la noche no se ve muy seguro como muchos "centros" de ciudades.
3) Es algo ruidoso los fines de semana por que hay un bar y pizzeria abajo (pero si vas de fiesta pues tienes a donde ir a tomarte unas cervezas y cenar pizza muy facil jaja)
