Quite modern and well designed apartment, in a couple of minutes walking from the historical center. The owners were super friendly, they helped arrange the parking (EUR 25 per day), showed and explained everything, helped with some local arrangements and were in touch throughout the stay. Really amazing!
One emotional comment but hope it will be relevant for one's choice:
Many short-rental apartments are well designed and equipped but you feel it as a commercial property (which it actually is). In this case we felt as if we came to stay at a friend's new home.
Really nothing to complain about.
Just as a small tip, if you accept to use the parking suggested by the owner, you may need to note that the parking might not be the cheapest around and not the nearest one. However it takes no more than a couple of minutes to reach it. In our case however, we were using the parking for more than 24 hours but still paid for one day, so it worked in our advantage.

Lage perfekt. Gute Ausstattung. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Parkgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Spülmaschine von den Vorgängern war nicht ausgeräumt

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral am Eingangstor zur Altstadt bei der Arena. Es ist ein ruhige Seitenstraße. Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof. Dadurch gibt es keinen besonderen Ausblick aber es ist ruhig. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, sie war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Paola war sehr unkompliziert per WhatsApp. Wir konnten problemlos früher einchecken. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz in einer Garage unter einem Supermarkt, 200 m entfernt, für 25 Euro/24 h.
