Simple lay out and close proximity to the centre and metro, plus 20 minutes walk to central station.
It's in the 4th floor of a very narrow building with a rather steep incline. Unless you are fit and healthy, the 4th floor will cause problems for some tourists. The second bedroom is also up a steep stairs.

Spacious two level apartment on the top floor. Nice street views. Well kitted out. Close to the metro stop and not too far to the train station.
No cereal bowls.

La ubicación es lo mejor.
La ubicación del apartamento es un punto positivo, ya que la zona está bien comunicada, es accesible y no está lejos del centro, lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad.
Sin embargo, en nuestra experiencia el apartamento podría mejorar en algunos aspectos. Al llegar notamos un olor en el interior que no supimos identificar y que estuvo presente durante la estancia. Además, nos dio la sensación de que la limpieza era bastante básica y que algunos detalles de mantenimiento podrían cuidarse más, ya que había ciertos elementos algo deteriorados, como puertas con golpes o zonas con desgaste.
También creemos importante mencionar que el acceso a la segunda habitación se realiza mediante unas escaleras bastante empinadas, que pueden resultar algo complicadas de subir según la persona.
