A localização e a sensação de estar na casa de uma Nona.
De não ter tido suporte quando precisei tirar uma dúvida sobre o uso do fogão.
Enviei mensagem no canal de comunicação e não tive resposta.
Penso que é primordial a comunicação do responsável da propriedade com os hóspedes que contrataram o serviço da hospedagem.

The location of the building is fantastic. Right in the center of town.
It was incredibly hot the two days we went (90 degrees Fahrenheit). It made the apartment feel like an oven, as it did not have AC. There were two ceiling fans and one small portable fan, but these were unfortunately not enough to cool the place down.
