parking sécurisé hôtes très sympa
la voie SNCF avec les trains qui passent la nuit l'autoroute pas loin les voisins bruyants appartement mal isolé phoniquement et pour quitter le logement il faut sortir la voiture puis re rentrer pour mettre les clés dans la boîtes à clé car pas de détection automatique au sol pour l'ouverture du portail
