The Space:

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, a dining table, an L-shaped sofa, and a smart TV. Large glass doors lead to the balcony, allowing natural light to flood the space. High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment. The two bedrooms are generously sized, with one double and one single bed, both made up with crisp hotel-quality linen and offering ample storage for clothing. A sofa bed in the living area can accommodate one additional guest for an extra fee (please select 4 guests when booking).

The modern bathroom is clean and well-equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink, along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your convenience. Free on-site parking is also provided.

Crawley Train station is just 10 minutes walk away, with trains to central London taking just 30 minutes. Gatwick Airport is just a 10 minute drive away, or a 20 minute bus journey. There is a large Asda supermarket just 5 mins walk from the apartment.



Getting Around:

Being so centrally located, the town is easily accessible on foot. There are a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner, and Gatwick Airport can be reached in 20 minutes by bus, or 10 minutes by car or taxi. Crawley train station is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment, with trains to central London taking just 30 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 4 guests when booking).



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
