Internally it consists of living room furnished with a comfortable single sofa bed, dining table, television with access to German channels, open kitchen fully equipped with electric cooker, mini fridge, microwave, mocha, toaster, juicer and electric kettle. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, bunk bed and closet and overlooks the garden of the apartment complex. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. Guests have free wi-fi, air conditioning, heating, laundry and a communal garden equipped with two washing machines, two barbecues and some tables. The apartment could be located on the ground floor or on the second floor reachable by elevator.The colors of the furniture could vary depending on the accommodation.There is a children's area with a playground in the apartment complex.The shared pool is open from May 1 to October 15.
