The whole house was wonderful. Well appointed, very comfortable beds, clean. Great position with a nice view over Launceston, close to lots of places. Communication from hosts was excellent. Would stay again.
The only downside was no lockup car accommodation. We parked in the driveway which was ok but not terribly secure.

No breakfast provided. The location was good
A dirty bbq. The kitchen bench and cupboards needed replacing. The decor was bland. We expected it to be in character with the age of the house. We didn’t expect to be asked to put the rubbish bins out for collection and then to bring them in.

Quaint old-world charm. Huge bathroom. View over the city.
Beds were too hard. No bedroom mirrors. A bedroom off a bedroom rather than separate entrance. Cobwebs downstairs. Flaky paint on deck railing. Noisy outside at night. Not enough milk or tea
