Die Freundlichkeit und Unkompliziertheit von Filippo ist besonders hervorzuheben, eine schmucke Ferienwohnung, die alles zu bieten hat. Ausgezeichnete Lage vom Bahnhof Arezzo in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

La posizione: all'interno del centro storico di Arezzo, a pochi minuti a piedi da tutti i punti da vedere assolutamente, ma al contempo vicino alla porta Sant'Andrea, dove si può lasciare l'auto per poi muoversi liberamente all'interno delle mura. L'appartamentino è su due piani, zona giorno con soggiorno e cucina dotati di ogni comfort (tv, wifi, bagno di servizio) e zona notte con un bel lettone comodo e il bagno principale con doccia sempre calda. La porticina d'ingresso sembra quella di una casa di bambole, deliziosa. L'host, Filippo, gentilissimo e disponibile.
