The location is central - close to the old town of Plovdiv and Kapana district, and there also are several supermarkets within walking distance. The studio is bright and has essential facilities like a washing machine and dishwasher. The check-in process was straightforward. Plenty of parking spots behind the building.
I missed some amenities like hand soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The place could have been cleaner - there even was an old newspaper left on the dining table when I arrived. The bathroom drain had some issues and they were not attended to during my stay. Your view from the balcony is of the cemetery across the street.
