Immeuble calme.
Décoration moderne, cuisine fonctionnelle.
Le lit de la chambre adjacente au salon grincer dès qu’on bougeait.
Il manquerait un petit portemanteau dans l’entrée, et des accroches serviettes dans la salle de bain, ainsi que dans la chambre qui n’a pas d’armoire.
LES PLACES DE PARKING SONT RARES ET LE PARKING À PROXIMITÉ EST CHER.

the apartment is clean and in quiet area. near shops (carrefour, bakery) and walking distance to Monaco and Monte-Carlo station. You can find the public elevator nearby and use it easily to travel to Monaco.
the stairs to the apartment to the apartment on the first day with my lugggage. but I did manage to find another way without using the stairs after the first day, haha.

Fully equipped apartment with everything needed. Host's communication made everything super simple. Although it might look it's far from Monaco it's only a 15 min walk and there are nearby bus stops if needed. Quiet location away from the main roads. Overall, very nice indeed.

Malgré l'extérieur du bâtiment, l'appartement est tout refait à neuf, il est super bien équipé et très très propre.
Personne très accueillante et arrangeante, notre avion de retour du début d'après midi a été décalé tard le soir, elle nous a proposé de jouir de l'appartement jusqu'à 18h au lieu de 11h.
Si vous êtes à pied il faudra monter beaucoup de marches depuis Monaco pour atteindre l'appartement, mais rien de dramatique si vos jambes le permettent !!!
