Casa Parente was perfectly positioned for us to be close to our family in Cervaro and friends in Cassino. It was easy to reach the A1 going north and was close to the nearby train station in Cassino. It was only a short drive to nearby restaurants and supermarkets. With great Mountain View’s, this house is very well equipped, ample parking for three cars and an extremely affective log burning fire which powers the central heating.

I due gattini presenti all' esterno erano adorabili, li avremmo quasi portati a casa con noi.

Quando siamo arrivati l'alloggio non era pulito purtroppo.le finestre e le pareti erano piene di ragnatele, la cucina non era pulita ed anche i cassetti e gli armadi erano sporchi.Abbiamo pulito il minimo indispensabile e il giorno dopo i proprietari sono venuti a pulire con cura la casa.
Le pareti del bagno sotto erano pesantemente scrostate a causa di un infiltrazione dal bagno superiore e la porta non si chiudeva.
Alcune prese elettriche erano un po fatiscenti.
Anche i mobili non erano in buone condizioni.
La scala interna in metallo,rivestita di moquette che scivolava giu in continuazione.
Le foto non danno un immagine reale della casa.purtroppo.
Il pentolame in cucina era fatiscente, fortunatamente durante le pulizie i propietari di casa ci hanno portato due padelle decenti.
E un peccato perché la casa ha veramente molte potenzialità , basterebbe una piccola spesa per rendere più appetibile questa sistemazione..
