Perfectly planned and extremely clean apartment.

We received only one set of keys - it was very inconvenient for four of us, because you can’t even leave the building without a key. There was no mosquito net on any of the windows and air conditioners practically didn’t work. And no wine glasses, only water simple water glasses.

Piękny, duży, przestronny apartament. Jest wszystko, czego potrzeba. W lodówce specjalność miejsca. Bardzo dobry kontakt. Blisko stacja kolejowa i przystanek autobusowy. Tuż za rogiem dwa sklepy spożywcze, drogeria i inne atrakcje. Wokół wiele lokali i miejsc do zwiedzania.

Wszystko super.

It was located close to the center and very spacious. The apartment was newly renovated with a lift so it wasn't hard to go up and down the place, given it is on the 5th floor.

The property manager (Alice) was not very helpful and dismissive when we inquired about being able to use the air conditioner (advertised with a/c on booking.com) because we have killed many mosquitoes the first few hours of our stay and wanted to shut the windows to avoid them coming in. She then said, the a/c is central and they have no control over it, despite us seeing actual units in the flat. However, when we reached out to the other property manage, he was able to get the owner to drop off the remote controls of the split type units the following morning. We didn't get plenty of sleep that night and got eaten up by the bugs. The owner was very nice that is why I feel terrible writing this review. But, at the same time, as customers, I feel like, they should never advertise the units as with a/c if that option is never given to you, in the first place.
