Apartment was very clean, spacious, modern, with big TV with Netflix and in very, very convenient location, oh and super nice host! Apartment had everything we needed.
Small disadvantages: It is on a big one way street and on Friday and Saturday there were sports cars and street bikes passing buy and was very loud, woke us all up couple of times. No windows (windows covered with film to protect privacy ) or balcony, maybe in very hot weather that is a plus as it could keep the heat away, but for us it felt a bit too closed off from everything.

The facility is just like on the photos. It is relatively spacious, but it is a studio. The sleeping bed is separated by the veil. Everything is clean, relatively new, and has all appliances. Obviously, the bathroom door in the apartment is fixed (we saw the complaints, but it is not applicable). Everything inside the apartment is really good.
The location is also good, close to Turia Park, the beach and some shopping malls.
The apartment is converted from market store. There are three or four apartments in the row, and you are practically on the street with the bus stop in front. The noise is not so bad, but this is quite odd position. The doors and windows are not transparent (obviously, for the reason of not sustaining a view from the people from the street).

El apartamento moderno, muy limpio, bien equipado, la persona encargada Julio, muy simpático y atento, nos faltaban dos toallas y enseguida hizo todo lo posible para proporcionárnoslas
