The clean environment and easy to reach manager
We had a leek under the bathroom sink which they repaired that day which was great.
Didn’t realise there are 7 small flatlets and we were on the top floor so four flights of stairs. Anyone with mobility problems would struggle.
Also the small court yard with bench would be shared by all.
It was very noisy at night with shouting and banging doors which vibrated through to us on top floor.
The flat is tiny with no where to put a wardrobe or chest of draws so ok for overnight.
The shower room is tiny with nowhere to hang towels or clothes. It has no hooks or towel rail so difficult to dry towels after use.
Also we had pots and pans but there was no hob so could not make the dinner we had brought (pasta) There is an oven and microwave.
Parking is also tricky we were ok first night but cars had taken our space so we had to park behind them leaving a gap which left our car sticking out and at the mercy of other users.

Pulizia e casa che non era calda, ma è bastato contattare il gestore che ha aumentato il riscaldamento e tutto ok
Divano letto molto scomodo.
Bagno senza tappetino e senza uno scaffale, nulla ove appoggiare le cose , nemmeno un gancio.
Appendiabiti che sta in piedi per miracolo.
Non un gancio alle pareti.
Manca un phon hairdryer.

Bed not very comfortable, only 1 pillow each, and they were very flat and hard.
Not very well, soundproofed was awoken in the early hours and kept awake for many hours by other guests at the property, slamming doors and talking very loudly.
