Friendly staff, comfortable room with full amenities, easily accessible location to all tourist locations.
All staff, especially Miki at reception, were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Everything you need is provided in the room, including laundry detergent and washing up liquid. The bed and sofa are both big and comfortable, and there is a kitchen, TV, washing machine and dining table. The toilet has a high tech bidet with a warm seat, a luxury in winter. I enjoyed coming back to the room every time. The hotel is also located close to Xuanwu lake, and easily accessible to most tourist locations. The mrt is directly accessible via the basement, and there is a shopping mall beside the hotel.

The front desk lady executive is very friendly, very helpful and very efficient for various enquiries especially on high speed train booking for inter-city travelling.
