Spacious, comfortable home from home and close to everything

We were comfortable in the flat. It's a good location and had parking. It had most things we needed and is quite nicely presented. A good size for 2 people and we liked the view across the rooftops to the clock tower. Walking distance to town, train station, bus stops, pubs and supermarket
Needs a bit of maintenance, especially the dripping shower and shower tray poor drainage, kitchen cupboard doors and shelves, bedroom door handle. Flooring seems tatty. Kitchen equipment needs reviewing - no tin opener or peeler, some items broken and chipped. Flat was mostly clean, but there was a used drinks bottle under the bed, some cutlery and glassware we decided to clean before use.

Great central location with off road parking.
The kitchen was dirty therefore we didn't prepare any food in there. Overall the apartment could do with a good clean.
