This spacious 85 m² duplex apartment on the ground floor of a quiet building is the ideal place to stay for groups of up to 8 people. Designed for comfort and relaxation, it is laid out over two distinct levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two. This welcoming space is perfect for sharing meals or relaxing in front of a movie. The open-plan kitchen is modern, functional, and fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with ease.
On the same level, there is also a bedroom with a double bed, carefully furnished to ensure a good night's sleep, as well as a bathroom with a toilet.
Downstairs, you will find a large living room that also serves as a bedroom. This space has two double beds: a fixed bed and a convertible sofa bed, offering comfort and flexibility to accommodate up to 4 additional guests. There is also a shower and a whirlpool bath, ideal for relaxing after a busy day.
This accommodation also stands out for its private wellness area, a rare feature that includes a jacuzzi at your disposal for unique moments of relaxation.
The apartment also includes many practical amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, linens, iron. Everything you need for a carefree stay, whether you are with friends, family, or traveling for business.
