Preisleistung ist gut, das Personal sehr freundlich
Die Kopfkissen hätten aus meiner Sicht gerne ausgetauscht werden können. Außerdem wäre es angenehm gewesen, wenn der Mülleimer geleert worden wäre.
Das Thema Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltbewusstsein kann ich gut nachvollziehen. Allerdings wurde der im Zimmer ausgelegte Hinweis, dass Handtücher bei Ablage auf dem Boden gewechselt werden, in meinem Fall nicht umgesetzt. Dadurch stand mir am nächsten Tag leider kein frisches Handtuch zur Verfügung, was etwas unangenehm war.
Ich gehe davon aus, dass dies möglicherweise damit zusammenhängt, dass sich das Hotel derzeit noch im Umbau befindet und Abläufe noch nicht vollständig eingespielt sind.
