Bellissimo appartamento al piano alto (scale interne croce e delizia) di un edificio storico ristrutturato recentemente con tutti i confort del caso. Ampia zona giorno con cucina e comoda camera da letto. Il panorama è suggestivo con l'affaccio sulla zona del porto e molto comodo da raggiungere
La cucina, comunque ben attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici del caso, potrebbe essere fornita con qualche accessorio base in più (detersivo, carta scottex). Il bagno con il locale wc separato ha pregi e difetti. Forse sarebbe opportuna una porta scorrevole per evitare che la doccia bagni anche la zona del letto. Da implementare internet wifi gratuito.

Die Lage. Der Blick auf das MAS ist besonders, außerdem die Möglichkeit, im Hafenbecken zu schwimmen.
Durch die Gastronomie kehrt (am Wochenende) erst spät Ruhe ein. Die Bettleuchten haben keinen Ein-Aus-Schalter. Das Doppelbett hat eine große Decke (Geschmacksache).
