A total of approx. 55 m² of living space is spread over a spacious living room with TV, an open, perfectly equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a tastefully furnished bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack and a second TV, as well as a spacious bathroom with a washing machine and an infrared cabin for 2 people. From the living room you have access to the large balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture outside the winter season. There is a sofa bed in the living room for the 3rd person.
All windows in the property are triple-glazed and can be darkened with curtains.
You can store skis, ski boots, sledges and bicycles in the cellar room belonging to the flat. For the latter, there is also a lockable bicycle shed in front of the house.
