The upstairs bunk room is great for accommodating guests, while the private master suite features dual closets and a luxurious soaker tub for ultimate relaxation. With a 2-car garage, you`ll have plenty of room for all your outdoor gear. And don`t forget about the constant wildlife viewing opportunities right from your own porch! The home is fully furnished, kitchen is fully stocked and all linens and towels are provided. 1. Exterior lights need to be off by 11PM.
2. No wood burning allowed outside of home.
3. The Fireplace and wood stove is not available for guest use.
- No smoking in the house.
- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.
- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains!

- Cell service: Connecting to the house wifi for calls will be necessary.
Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.
This house is pet friendly, with a one time additional fee of $150. Maximum of 2 pets, dogs are the only pets permitted. Approved pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds and sofas) or in hot tubs at any time. Pets that are left unattended must be crated. Any damages will be charged to the card on file. Owners must clean up after their pet and dispose of all waste. No food or water is to be left outside; this will attract unwanted wildlife. Pet must be potty trained.
