Newly remodeled, well furnished, single story spacious home in the heart of everything going on in historic downtown Madison, Indiana.
Steps from the river puts you on the doorstep of the Riverwalk and all the festivals on Vaughn Dr.
Just 2 blocks to Main St makes an easy walk to all of the shopping, dining and events on Main St.
Close to the public boat ramp and ample room for boat parking makes this one a boaters dream.
Short drive to Hanover College and Clifty Falls State Park
Views of the Ohio River and Madison bridge are beautiful from the front porch.
You will receive a door code the day before your stay for a contactless entry.

Great location for visiting Madison as walkable to everything. Host was very responsive. Duplex was clean and met our needs for our extended family plus an infant. Host left an impressive amount of snacks and water as Check In gifts. Not what we usually experience and much appreciated! Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay. The location was walking distance to main street shops and restaurants. The property was kid friendly, clean, and the welcome basket was awesome. We will definitely return.
