Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 24 m² Tiny House (maisonnette)t in Argenteuil, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely mezzanine, a bathroom and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 24 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a study area ...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC
On the mezzanine : a double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and video projector.
Outside
- An 8 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A 200 m² shared garden
The maisonette is ideally located in Argenteuil, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Farmers market at weekends
- jogging to the Butte d'Orgemont
- The wild museum
- Claude Monet's house
- The estudydiantina
- Garden and remains of the former Abbey
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the streets near the accommodation.
